    One of the best things I’ve ever bought for my place! Airbnb really pushes making a guide for guests, but I’ve never had the time.

    I opted for the non personalized front cover (as it was cheaper) and it arrived and downloaded very quickly and they are very high quality. I loved how all the pages are came separately so I was able to avoid printing the ones I didn’t want to promote – as I’m not too keen on animal parks.

    I have a printed version of the guide in my apartment and I send the digital one to guests as soon as their booking is confirmed.

    My guests absolutely love this because they can start planning and getting excited about their holiday before they even arrive. My cancellation rate has dropped down to 0 and I honestly think this guide had a huge role to play in that.

    This guide pays for itself almost immediately!
