I got a personalized Tenerife guide for my apartment in Tenerife. They were very quick to contact me after purchase and within 24 hours they sent me a draft front cover for my approval. Quality is great and looks very professional I send the a digital version to all my guests before they arrive and, as recommended, printed them to make a booklet. Guests are well impressed as I position it on the coffee table that shows the same view on the front cover my personalized guide as the one they can see out of the window. It often gets mentioned in my reviews which have also have had an upturn. 5 stars allround
